Why do I see an unsupported slew rate setting of "slew_r7" in my Arria 10 device Native PHY IP?

Description

The Arria® 10 device Native PHY IP may show an incorrect slew rate setting of "slew_r7" in Quartus® Prime software versions earlier than 16.1.  

Resolution

This problem is fixed in Quartus Prime version 16.1 and later.
