Description

You might see an incorrect JTAG ID code when using the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX Development Kit in the Windows operating system if your host has multiple installations of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software, resulting in the possibility of an incorrect device database being accessed for the device JTAG ID.
 

Resolution

As a workaround, ensure only one version of the Intel Quartus Prime Software (Pro or Standard) is installed.
