Why do I get a segmentation fault error after multiple AOCL Program cycles?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 18.1 Update 1 and later, you may see a segmentation fault error after multiple AOCL Program cycles. This problem occurs on the Cyclone® V SoC Dev Kit.

Resolution

To work around this problem, reboot the Dev Kit.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software.
