Why do duplicated file warnings appear during the Agilex™ 5 FPGA GTS JESD204C IP generation in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.1 when the JESD204C wrapper is set to 'PHY only' or 'Both Base and PHY'?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.1, you may see duplicated file warnings during Agilex™ 5 FPGA GTS JESD204C FPGA IP generation when the JESD204C wrapper is set to 'PHY only' or 'Both Base and PHY'.

Resolution

This warning doesn't pose any risk on functionality. 

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.3.
