Why can I only select the R24A package for my Intel Agilex® 7 device in the Intel® FPGA Power and Thermal Calculator (PTC)?

Due to a problem in the Intel® FPGA Power and Thermal Calculator (PTC) version 21.2 and earlier, the Intel Agilex® 7 device AGFB027R24C shows a mismatched package.

Resolution

This is only a display mismatch. The resources used for power estimation are correct. Therefore, you can ignore this problem.
