Why can’t I connect ACE5-Lite Manager BFM to F2H ACE5-Lite bridge in an HPS Agilex™ 5 FPGA IP?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 25.1 and earlier, when you connect an ACE5-Lite Manager BFM to an F2H ACE5-Lite bridge in an HPS Intel Agilex™ 5 FPGA IP,  you will see an error below. The generation of the testbench system fails when attempting to generate the HPS F2H bridge Bus Functional Model.

Error: Interconnect is required but is currently not supported for the ace5lite interface type

 

Resolution

This problem will be resolved in a future release of Quartus® Prime Software.
