Why can’t I configure all Intel Agilex®devices over Avalon® streaming, JTAG, Active Serial, or Remote System Update when using the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3, you might experience problem with Avalon® streaming configuration, JTAG configuration, Active Serial configuration, and Remote System Update with certain Intel Agilex® devices.

To work around this problem, download and install the patch for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v22.3.
