Why are the valid VOD and maximum pre-emphasis settings combinations in Arria 10 Transceiver PHY User Guide different from the Arria 10 Pre-Emphasis and Output Swing Settings spreadsheet?

Description

Due to a problem with the Arria 10® Transceiver PHY User Guide, the valid VOD and maximum pre-emphasis settings combination in the user guide is not up to date. This problem will be fixed a future release of the user guide.

Refer to the Arria 10 Pre-Emphasis and Output Swing Settings spreadsheet for the valid VOD and maximum pre-emphasis settings combinations.
