Why am I not able to set the programmable VOD option for Intel® MAX® 10 devices using the Assignment Editor in the Quartus® II software?

Description

Due to a known problem in the Quartus® II software version 14.1 and later, the programmable VOD option cannot be set in the Assignment Editor when targeting Intel® MAX® 10 devices.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
