What is the maximum transceiver reference clock frequency supported by Cyclone® V devices for SerialLite II applications?

Description

SerialLite II IP Core user guide describes the maximum transceiver reference clock frequency supported as 622MHz. However,  the maximum transceiver reference clock frequency supported by Cyclone® V is 500MHz as described in the Cyclone® V datasheet.
