Description

The Cyclone ® V Device Handbook contains conflicting information regarding the maximum baud rate regarding the internal UART.

Resolution

The maximum baud rate of the internal UART is 6.25Mbaud.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Cyclone ® V Device Handbook, Volume 3: Hard Processor System Technical Reference Manual.
