what is the biggest number for decimation and interpolation in FIR compiler II

Description

The description about interpolation factor and decimation factor in FIRCompiler II MegaCore Function User Guide which shows that the factors should be 1 to 64  is wrong. In Quartus 12.1 and later version, the supported factor should be 1 to 128.
