What are VCC_AUX and VCC_AUX_SHARED power rail in Cyclone® V SoC device used for?

Description

VCC_AUX is for the bias generator. VCC_AUX powers the modular POR block. The VCC_AUX_SHARED is the same as VCC_AUX, which is for the bias generator. In the Cyclone® V SoC device, VCC_AUX at the top right corner has been separated on the die and named as VCC_AUX_SHARED.
