Warning on Arria 10 Native PHY When You Select SDI Multi Rate (up to 12G) RX Preset

Description

When you select the SDI Multi rate (up to 12G) Rx preset in the SDI II parameter editor, you may get warning messages stating that each profile is missing a value for certain parameters. These warnings have no impact on your design functionality.

Resolution

To work around this issue, follow these steps:

1. In the SDI II parameter editor, click Dynamic Reconfiguration tab.
2. For Selected reconfiguration profile, select 0.
3. Click Store configuration to selected profile.
4. Then, for Selected reconfiguration profile, select 1.
5. Click Load configuration from selected profile.
6. Then, click again Store configuration to selected profile.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for selected configuration profiles 2 and 3.

This issue is fixed in version 15.1 Update 1 of the Arria 10 Transceiver Native PHY IP core.
