Warning (12192): "10GBASE-R PCS-PMA " does not support the OpenCore Plus Hardware Evaluation feature

Description

You may receive the following messages when trying to generate an OpenCore Plus time-limited SOF file for the 10GBASE-R PCS-PMA Ethernet IP.

Warning (12189): OpenCore Simulation-Only Evaluation feature is turned on for all cores in the design
        Warning (12191): Some cores in this design do not support the OpenCore Plus Hardware
        Evaluation feature
                Warning (12192): "10GBASE-R PCS-PMA " does not support the OpenCore Plus Hardware
                Evaluation feature

Warning (115003): Can't generate programming files for your current project because you do not have
a valid license for the following IP core or cores.
                Warning (115005): Unlicensed IP: "10GBASE-R PCS-PMA (6AF7 00D2)"

Resolution

You will only observe this problem in Arria® V GZ and Stratix® V devices if you enable 1588 options in the PHY.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus® II software.
