Is there any known problem of 10M08SC schematic symbols？

Description

When you download the schematic symbol of Intel® MAX® 10 series 10M08SC from the Schematic Symbols (Cadence Capture CIS and Allegro DE-HDL) page of Intel official website, you would notice the PIN_L2 in bank 1B of 10M08SCU324C8G is missing. 

Resolution

This is a known issue, and it is scheduled to be fixed in the future release of Intel MAX 10 schematic symbols.
