Yes, due to a known problem with Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3 and earlier, when generating an IBIS file for Stratix® 10 MX 1650 and 2100 density devices in UF55 package with "Print per pin RLC package model with mutual coupling' option enabled, the R-value per pin in the generated .ibs file is incorrect.
