Is there a known issue with the scandata port when using the ALTPLL_RECONFIG megafunction in the Quartus® II software version 13.1?

Description

The scandata output port in the ALTPLL_RECONFIG megafunction has been inverted in the Quartus® II software version 13.1.

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software. A patch is available to fix this problem for Quartus II software version 13.1. Download and install patch 0.81 and recompile your design. Quartus II versions earlier than 13.1 are not affected.
