Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.4, this internal error may occur when applying 3V Low-voltage CMOS (LVCMOS) with Weak Pull-Up IO standard assignments when targeting an Agilex™ 5 FPGA.

Resolution

To work around this problem, either remove the Weak Pull-Up assignment or apply the Weak Pull-Up assignment to all pins in the same IO bank.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
