Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.3 and earlier, you might see this internal error message during compilation when the output of an IO PLL is directly connected to the output pin. The problem occurs when the output pin has a 2.5/3.0/3.3 voltage level and targets an Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX device or Intel® Arria® 10 device. 

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with version 23.4 of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
