Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3 and earlier, you might see this internal error when you compile the implementation revision of your Partial Reconfiguration design. This error occurs when targeting Intel Agilex® devices.

Resolution

A patch is available to fix this problem for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3. Download and install Patch 0.72 from the following links:.
