Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.0, you may see this error if your design contains a single-bit width M10K memory. This problem affects designs targeting Arria® V or Cyclone® V devices.

Resolution

A patch is available to fix this problem for the Quartus II software version 13.0 with device patch 0.dp2. Before installing this patch, you must install device patch 0.dp2 from the related solution below.  After installing device patch 0.dp2, download and install patch 0.dp2d from the appropriate link below:

• Download the version 13.0 patch 0.dp2d for Windows (.exe)
• Download the version 13.0 patch 0.dp2d for Linux (.run)
• Download the Readme for the Quartus II software version 13.0 patch 0.dp2d (.txt)

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® II software.
