Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.1 and earlier, you may see this internal error during the fitter stage of a compilation of your Arria® V, Cyclone® V, or Stratix® V design.

Resolution

To work around this problem, download and install patch 0.44 from the links below. You must install Quartus® II software version 13.1 before installing this patch.
