Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.1 and earlier, you may see these error messages when compiling designs with physical synthesis enabled. This problem affects designs targeting Cyclone® V devices if Arria® V device librares are not installed.

Resolution

To work around this problem, install Arria V device libraries.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 12.1 SP1.
