Internal Error: Sub-system: AMM, File: /quartus/db/amm/amm_atom_mod_util_impl.cpp, Line: 4729 oterms

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 17.0 Update 2 or later, you may see this internal error when the design contains design partitions and Fitter tries to optimize timing across different partitions. 

Resolution

To work around the problem, apply the command below in Quartus Setting File(QSF).

    set_global_assignment -name SPECTRAQ_PHYSICAL_SYNTHESIS OFF
