Info: Your choice for adding mutual inductance in the output IBIS file is not satisfied, as the .pkg file is not found

Description

You may get this message when targeting Agilex™ 7 FPGA F-Series devices in the R24D package when generating an IBIS file using the EDA Netlist Writer in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1 or earlier, when the "Enable per pin RLC package model with mutual coupling" option is enabled in EDA Tool Settings. 
This is caused by missing .pkg files for these devices in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software installation.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software. If a workaround is needed, file an Altera® Premier Support Case and provide reference number "18043388321"
