Incorrect Step in HPS Component Generation

Description

In "Generating and Compiling the HPS Component" in the Instantiating the HPS Component chapter of the Hard Processor System Technical Reference Manual, step 3 erroneously says "Perform Analysis and Elaboration". This erroneous step appears in both Volume 3: Hard Processor System Technical Reference Manual of the Cyclone V Device Handbook and Volume 3: Hard Processor System Technical Reference Manual of the Arria V Device Handbook.

Resolution

The correct step is "Perform Analysis and Synthesis".
