"IE: Sub-system: U2B2_CDB..." when running Arria 10 device designs including Hard IP for PCIe

Description

In the Quartus II software version 14.1 update 1, running Arria 10 device designs including Hard IP for PCI Express (PCIe) on Windows-based systems can generate the following internal error:

IE: Sub-system: U2B2_CDB, File: /quartus/db/u2b2/u2b2_nf_hssi_config_creator_module.cpp, Line: 1228

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the Quartus II software version 15.0.

For the previous software release, when possible, run your design on a Linux machine or re-run the design on your Windows-based system.
