Description

Due to a problem in the Intel Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software versions 19.4 and earlier, Intel Stratix 10 E-tile device's unused transceiver protection was found to be non-functional.

Resolution

You can protect your Intel® Stratix® 10 E-tile device's unused transceiver channels from performance degradation by upgrading your Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software design to version 20.1 or later and following the guidance in the Intel E-Tile Transceiver File IP User Guide, version 2020.05.22 or later.
