How do I meet the DisplayPort protocol transmitter skew specification when using Arria 10 devices?

Description

To meet the DisplayPort protocol transmitter skew specification when using Arria© 10 devices you must configure your Native PHY IP to use PMA and PCS bonding.

This information is missing from the October 2016 and earlier versions of the “DisplayPort IP Core User Guide” and will be added in a future version.
