Fatal: (vsim-7019) Can't locate a C/C compiler for 'DPI Export Compilation

Due to problem in Quartus® Prime software version 16.1 Update 2 Windows Edition and earlier, you may see this error while running HPS simulation.

Resolution

This problem is fixed begining with the Quartus Prime software version 17.0
