Description

This error occurs in the Stratix® V Early Power Estimator (EPE) version 11.1 SP2 B6 when you import a Quartus® II software generated .csv file.

Resolution

Download the EPE 11.1SP2 B7 which has this issue corrected.

Alternatively, you can download this INI and save into the same directory with your EPE 11.1SP2 B6.
