Error(272006) Parameter IMPLEMENT_IN_LES can only be set to OFF for device family Intel® Stratix® 10

Description

In the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro edition software version 20.3, when using the FIFO Intel® FPGA IP, you may see this error if doing a manual instantiation of the IP and setting the use_eab parameter to OFF.

Resolution

To work around this problem, set the use_eab parameter to ON.
