Error(19192): File .sof is incompatible - Bitstream Assembler does not support feature "Power Management Page Command Payload" that required by SOF/PMSF/DMSF

Description

This error may be seen if using Intel® Quartus® Prime Programmer Software versions older than 20.3 to configure an Intel® Stratix ® 10 device with a programming file generated in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3 (or later). This is because, in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3, a new field was added to the Power Management settings to allow control of the Page Command Payload setting.  This field is only relevant for PMBus Master Mode operation. 

Resolution

Use Intel® Quartus® Prime Programmer version 20.3 or later to avoid this error.
