Description

When you use the quartus_cvp execuable to configure fabric image for Stratix® V devices, you might get a library initialize failure if the WinDriver wasn't installed correctly.

Resolution

To install the WinDriver, follow the steps detailed in the Configuration via Protocol (CvP) Implementation in V-series FPGA Devices User Guide, section 5.4.1. Installing Jungo WinDriver in Windows Systems or section 5.4.2. Installing Jungo WinDriver in Linux Systems
