Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 18.0 and earlier, you may see this error when implementing a Partial Reconfiguration design using the AVST (Avalon-ST) configuration pins.

Resolution

This error is fixed beginning with Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software version 18.0 Update 1.
