No, Intel® Stratix® 10 devices do not support the Partial Reconfiguration (PR) recovery feature.
If a PR is in progress and it is interrupted, there is a possibility that a new PR operation will fail if restarted.

In this situation, the Intel Stratix 10 device can be recovered by fully reconfiguring it or power cycling it.
