Can I use SignalTap in an Arria 10 device when it’s in JTAG secure mode?

Description

Yes, if you instantiate SignalTap in your Arria® 10 design and configure the device with the design that has the SignalTap instance via AS, PS or FPP mode, you will be able to use SignalTap even after JTAG secure mode is turned on.

NOte that the LOCK/UNLOCK JTAG instruction is not supported in Arria 10 devices and thus it is not required to use UNLOCK in order to use SignalTap in Arria 10 devices.
