Windows 10 does not detect FPGA

Question

Followed installation manual for Terasic de5a net ddr4 (Arria 10 GX) but Windows will not detect FPGA after installation of driver. Quartus Pro and OpenCL SDK have been installed. Configured the environment and verified. The FPGA has been initialized. The driver was installed but FPGA will not show up on device manager. Any possible solutions are greatly appreciated.

Welcome to INTEL forum. The DE5a-Net-DDR4 Board belong to Terasic. It would be better if you could contact Terasic for enquiry related to Terasic board. https://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?Language=English&CategoryNo=12&No=20

For Quartus, the DE5a-Net-DDR4 is supported in Quartus version 15.1, would you kindly help check whether your machine is supported or not (OS) by referring to link below:
