Will failure analysis be provided for a field returned part which was manufactured in 2013? Please advise. Thank you

Please advise whether ALTERA is still willing support the FA for this part. If yes, we will re-mount this part on another board and re-test it to confirm its failure before send the part to you for further FA. Thank you.
