Why can't I download Quartus Prime?

Every time I try to click the Quartus Prime download icon, nothing happens. I've restarted my computer, read the guide, tried different versions. No download ever starts. Am I missing something here?...

Hi Ryan,

Assuming you have strong and stable connection,Try to disable your vpn (if you are using it), or firewall or switch to other browser, Microsoft Edge, IE,Mozilla. If consistent with the issue, try to reboot your router and repeat steps above, should be okay.
