Who can help me to solve this problem

Hi guys:

Now,I use DE2 board to verify an arithmetic. I need use USB port to transmit data from DE2 to PC .

I have read ISP1362 datasheet many times ,but I still don't know how to control it , so who can help me to solve this problem and tell me how to develpe PC software to receive this data , I'll really apprieciate your help!
