vector waveform file

Hi, I would like to know how to edit vector waveform files in Quartus II web edition since it is not available, otherwise how can we design stimulus signals in order to use them in simulation, thanks.

    Which version of Quartus II web edition you are using?

    I guess you're using Q 10.0 o later. VWF is not supported anymore, u have to use Modelsim or TimeQuest. In the Altera's literature page you can browse for a tutorial to start using these tools.
