Hi,

I am not sure I understand what you are exactly trying to do, but this document (ftp://ftp.altera.com/up/pub/altera_material/15.0/tutorials/de2-115/using_triple_speed_ethernet.pdf)describes how to use the Ethernet on that board. here (ftp://ftp.altera.com/up/pub/altera_material/15.0/tutorials/de2-115/using_triple_speed_ethernet.zip)is also an example project.
