UP installer lags behind Quartus version

Hi! Current Quartus version just changed to 18.0. UP installer is still only available in version 16.1. No updates in 2017. Any idea whe we will see an update? The tools and tutorials pro...

Hi,

the 17.0 version of the University Program installer is there (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/training/university/materials-software.html?&ifup_version=17.0) and ready for download.

Unfortunatly it will not install on our system (Win10, virtual machine with Quartus Prime Std 17.0 only). The installer complains that it wont install on this Quartus version immediately after we fire it up.

The 16.1 version could be installed on top of 17.0 and 17.1 and worked. So why this?
