University Program Ethernet Core using Assembly Language

Has anyone implemented University Program "Ethernet" IP Core using Assembly Language program? I am able to transmit frames from FPGA chip but not the one that I create using my code. I have doubt regarding writing Destination and Source MAC addresses in TX SRAM. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
