I am University Staff. How do I request a free license for Quartus Prime Standard Edition. I need it to work with Stratix IV chips for one of our labs.

Kindly request license by applying at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/topic-technology/fpga-academic/membership.html and fill up the APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP Form.
