Unable to Install University Program Installer

I get the following error every time I try to run the Uni Program Installer:

" Altera University Program Design Suite requires Quartus II to be installed. (Cannot find quartus.exe at \bin) "

Note that I already have Quartus II 10.1 installed, and the University Program Installer that I downloaded is for Quartus II 10.1.

I have also tried moving the installation file to where I have Quartus II installed and it still gives me the same error.

Will anyone shed some light in this matter? I need the program for my assignment.
