Synchronization between TV decoder, NiosII and VGA

Hello everyone, recently I am working on image processing project. Basically, the flow of project is the data ( after convert to RGB ) from TV decoder is fed into NiosII processor. After processing, the data from NiosII will output to VGA. However, all the hardware modules run at 27MHz whereas the NIOS processor runs at 50MHz. Any idea how to make the TV_decoder,VGA and NiosII synchronize? Thanks.

    I doubt that your Nios-II processor, even when running at a higher clock speed, is much to slow to do meaningful video processing...
