SSRAM or SRAM daughter card for DE3 board

Hello everyone,

My application needs about 4MB of SSRAM or asynchronous SRAM and I have a DE3 stratix III board. I was on the verge of designing a custom daughter card with SRAMs. But when I started up DE3 system builder application present on the CD provided by vendor, it showed SSRAM as one of the daughter cards.

My question here is that if there is a daughter card module consisting of SSRAM for DE3 board so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel. I google but I found nothing related.
